Live Meeting 

Guide for Families

 

• Log in 2-3 minutes before your meeting time
• Enter the meeting with your camera turned on
• Set up your child in a well lit area away from noise and distractions

• Maximize learning time by having your child eat prior to the meeting and have them use the restroom beforehand
• You are welcome to sit beside your child to support them. PLEASE do not give them the answers to questions or worry about their performance. They are just learning and are not expected to answer everything correctly.
• If the connection is spotty, please exit the meeting and try to reload it.

 

Expectations for 

Distance Learning 

• Sit straight, still, and tall
• Look at the camera and stay focused (watching eyes, listening ears, and quiet mouths)
• Listen closely and raise your hand to speak
• Find a Quiet space without background distractions
• Please don't ignore the group or leave the camera
