ELA Supply List

• 100-page composition notebook (to stay in the classroom)-- no spiral
• A 100-page composition notebook is ideal, but when visiting school supply stores this year, the 100-page composition notebook was difficult to find. Please note that any number of page notebook will suffice but any notebook less than 100-pages may require another purchase in the springtime.

• Pencil
• Eraser
• Highlighter
• 2 2-pocket folders (one to stay in the classroom: avoid floppy folders, opens with two pockets on the bottom) - Instead of a second folder, it is acceptable to share a binder with another class as long as there is a section dedicated to ELA. There should be some way for the student to organize materials from ELA to take home.
• 1 large gluestick: to be collected for class use throughout the year for various projects
• Scissors 
• Soft pencil case to hold onto materials
• Post-it notes
• Colored pencils/markers (optional)
• I recommend twistables, if colored pencils are purchased.
