Art Smocks are recommended.

 

Art this year will be full of many creative experiences. Some of the projects we will be working on require the use of permanent markers, paint and/or pastels. These materials may be “tricky” to get out of clothing, so I encourage your child to use a smock during our art time together.  Please send your child into school with an old, oversized T-shirt labeled with their name in a zip lock bag.  This “smock” will be stored in school or in your child's back pack to be used weekly to protect your child’s regular school clothing from our “messy” art supplies.
