My name is Otis Robinson, and I am honored to serve as the Dean of Students at Wossman High School. My goal is to help create a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed academically, socially, and personally.
As Dean, I work alongside students, parents, teachers, and administrators to promote accountability, build positive relationships, and ensure every Wildcat is prepared for success.
What Does the Dean of Students Do?
The Dean of Students focuses on supporting students both inside and outside the classroom by:
Promoting positive student behavior
Addressing disciplinary concerns fairly and consistently
Helping resolve student conflicts
Encouraging attendance and punctuality
Supporting students’ academic and personal growth
Working with parents to help students succeed
Building a positive school culture
Recognizing and celebrating student achievements

Parents are encouraged to reach out if they have concerns regarding:
Student behavior
Attendance issues
Conflict with other students
School expectations or discipline
Student well-being
Questions about school policies
Strategies to help their child be successful
