Hello Parents,
I am Ms. Chellcy Jackson, and I will be your child`s 1st Grade teacher for the 2026-2027 academic school year. This will be my ninth year as a school teacher with Monroe City Schools. My philosophy is centered around the belief that students learn best when they feel valued, respected, and encouraged. I strive to create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, taking risks, and celebrating their growth. I believe mistakes are a natural and important part of learning, and I encourage my students to view challenges as opportunities to grow.
