Welcome to Ms. McCray's study skills Class!
Hello all!
I am excited to introduce myself as Desiree’ McCray, and this year marks my 7th year of teaching. The past couple of years I have been teaching 5th grade ELA and the years before that I’ve taught inclusion for elementary aged students. My journey to becoming a teacher started as a child. I had the desire to inspire others to reach their full potential. This ignited my love for education.
As we embark on a new school year, I am particularly looking forward to teaching junior high students, as I believe it will be a wonderful opportunity for both the students and myself to grow and learn together. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and drawing. This helps me recharge and bring fresh energy into the classroom. I am thrilled to be part of this community and can't wait to see what this year has in store for all of us!
