Class Rules 

 

  (Prepared)

 

• Be in your seat and ready when class begins
• Have appropriate materials
• Have your homework completed and out on the left hand corner of your desk

 

 (Polite)

 

• Use respectful words and tone of voice when talking to anyone (The Use of Profanity will Not be Tolerated)
• Leave other people’s property alone
• Work to solve problems constructively, without violence or abuse
• Keep hands, feet and objects to self

 

 (Productive)

 

• Follow instructions from adults the first time given
• Participate positively in class
• Stay on Task
• Learn all you can

 

(Integrity First) (willingness to do the right thing even when no one is looking)

 

• Responsibility for all our actions
• Accepting accountability for all of our actions
• Personal  Pride

 

Consequences

 

My behavior expectations for you are high.  If I feel that your behavior is inappropriate for class or you are not following the classroom rules and procedures one of the following consequences will be assigned parallel with the choice made by the student:

 

• Verbal Warning
• Consequence Ladder-or-Love and Logical Removal
• Call to Parent
• Teacher-Student Conference
• Lunch or After School Detention
• • Referral to Administration
