Eureka Math- We will learn about numbers, patterns, graphing, sorting, adding, subtracting, shapes and much more! Your child will work in small groups and centers to explore math concepts.

Science- Our explorations weather, force, effects of the sun, and basic needs of humans and other living things. 

Writing-Your child will experience "Writer's Workshop" this year. They will learn to share their real life experiences on paper!! At the end of each unit, your child will bring home their writing samples. Please write in your Journal at least once a week.

Reading-We will use the Readers Workshop model. Leveled books will allow your child to explore reading at their level. We will use the DRA test to place the students in appropriate levels.
