All About Me

 

This school year I will be going into my 19th year of teaching in the Somers Point School District.  I have taught as an interventionist, a 4th grade teacher and a 1st grade teacher.  I am also a certified Orton Gillingham Teacher having completed Fairleigh Dickinson University's 2 year Orton Gillingham Dyslexia Specialist Training Course.The programs that we will be using in first grade this year include EL Education, Fundations, iReady Math, TCI Social Studies Alive and Mystery Science.  

 

I currently reside in New Gretna with my husband, Antonio, and my 24 year old twin daughters Concetta and Gabriella.  Both girls graduated from Rowan University and are working full time.   

 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, bike riding, gardening (roses and sunflowers), doing puzzles and spending time with my family and friends.
