Hello parents/students,
I am Mrs. Perez! I am an 8th Grade Essentials Math teacher at DJHS. This year we will be exploring all the concepts mainly related to pre-algebra in preparation for next year's math which is Algebra I. I am also DJHS's MathCounts sponsor, should you have any questions about the club. I look forward to having a fantastic 2021-2022 school year! Go Dragons!

My conference period is from 11:13-12:01 every weekday (pending bell schedule, i.e. pep rallies, early releases, etc).
Please call the school at 337-463-9083 should you need to set up a conference.
Parents: I have a "Homework Calendar" that is updated weekly to reflect any homework assignments your child will have in my class as well as quiz announcments. Please feel free to check these every week to stay up to date with what we are doing in class.
