I am so excited to begin the new school year with your child. Kindergarten is such a special time to learn, laugh, and play. Below is a list of school supplies that each kindergarten student will need. Thank you!

 

Each child should come to school each day with his/her backpack, folder, healthy snack, and lunch. Please read the information below for further details.

 

Feel free to place your child’s supplies in a bag and bring items in for the Walkthrough labeled with your child’s name. I will have an area for you to place it in, so your child does not need to bring it in on the first day of school!

 

 

To be used for the whole class - PLEASE DO NOT LABEL YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS BELOW:

 2 boxes of CRAYOLA 24 count crayons 

 4 pack of playdoh (non-scented)

 2 packages of glue sticks

 1 package of BLACK dry erase low-odor markers 

 1 pair of scissors 

 1 box of Ticonderoga pencils

 2 BLACK SHARPIE markers - fine point

 

 For your child: (You may label your child’s name)

 Backpack (large enough to fit folder, library book, lunch, snack, etc.) (A preschool size backpack is too small.)

 1 YELLOW PLASTIC pocket folder

 An inexpensive pair of headphones for the computer (Please place them in a ziplock bag with your child’s first and   last name printed on it.) (Please no earbuds.)

 Water Bottle - a water bottle with a sports top labeled with your child’s name.
