Healthy Lifestyle Calendar
Living a healthy lifestyle starts with YOU! There are many different aspects of a healthy lifestyle including: Physical Activity, Eating Healthy Foods, Getting enough sleep, drinking water, taking care of your environment, and mental / emotional self care. All of these practices help a person lead a healthy lifestyle. To help us do that, use this calendar as a way to motivate yourself to be healthy! Make sure to include your family, friends, neighbors, and others when completing the calendar. Complete as many activities on the calendar as you can. When you finish a day, mark it off to keep track. Return your completed calendar at the end of the month to Mr. Churchill or Mrs. Antonov, please make sure to put your class and grade on the calendar as well. We will keep track of which class in each grade has the most complete and they will get the healthy lifestyle monthly award with their class picture up outside the MPR. Have fun and stay healthy!
