If you are having trouble, here is some advice from our IT Department.
Have gotten numerous calls and emails of students not being able to join Zoom. Please instruct your students they need to use Chrome or Edge (Zoom has dropped support for Internet Explorer). From there they need to join using Browser. Here is a tutorial on how to do so.
