E:  Excellent
S+:  Above Satisfactory
S:  Satisfactory
S-:  Below Satisfactory
U:  Unsatisfactory
M:  Medical

 

Criteria

E: excellent sportsmanship, follows directions, always prepared, performs to their best ability.

S+: good sportsmanship, follows directions, prepared most of the time, performs above average.

S:  shows sportsmanship problems, rarely follows directions, unprepared often, average performance.

S-:  poor sportsmanship, does not follow directions, unprepared, performs at low level.

U:  uncooperative, disruptive, unprepared, does not perform often.

M:  an excused medical condition.(requires note from the Doctor)
