      Hello, I want to welcome you to the 2023/2024 school year at Fifth Ward Elementary School.  My name is Ms. Hall and I am a Special Education teacher and I look forward to working with your child here at Fifth Ward Elementary.   Although this is my sixth year here in St John Parish, this is my 14th year teaching Special Education.   

 

 

 

      I will be co-teaching 3rd grade Math and ELA with Ms. Carter and Ms. Newport throughout the school year.

 

 

 

      I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and from St Xavier University in Chicago with a Masters of Business Administration.  I received my teaching certification in the state of Louisiana.
