The grading policy for the ELA 4th grade are as follows:    

                       

                      Reading                                             Writing/Grammar/Spelling

 

                      Tests- 60%                                     Tests and Writing assignments- 60%

 

                  Classwork-20%                              Spelling-20%

 

                  Class Participation-20%                   Class Participation-20%         

 

     

      Please note if your child misses three homework assignments, the student will receive a 0 and their class participation grade will be dropped one grade. A pink slip will go home notifying parents, which also needs to be signed  and returned. Also, test papers need to be signed and returned.
