Grading Policy

 

As per the Irvington School District Grading Policy, the AP Computer Science Principles and Robotics classes will follow this grading guide:

There will be early homework. project and other assignment turn-in rewards and late assignment turn-in penalties.  You will be notified of most assignments in advance.

1- 3 days early                                 + 10 pts./100 pt. assignment)

 

1 day late                                         - No late penalty

 

2 - 5 days late                                  -  20 pts. per day/100 point assign.

 

6 or more days late                         -  No Credit

 

 

*Note that all assignments will be graded for completeness and adherence to the instructions and then the award/penalty points will be added or subtracted.  Awards/penalties will be given at the discretion of the teacher.
