Please allow me to introduce myself and tell you how very excited I am to have your child in my class. My name is Miriam Distefano and teaching is my second career. I worked in the private sector before attending Southeastern Louisiana University. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, then added a teachers certificate through iTeach Louisiana. This is my ninth year teaching and my sixth year teaching at Loranger Elementary.
