Physical Education at home instruction Grades Pre K- 2 

Complete the following daily activities or alternate workouts.  Complete a minimum of two times per week to meet your regular PE requirements. 

 

PreK-2 workouts are based on the honor system. Be sure to have fun and get your daily activity in! 

 

Warm Up: Choose minimum of two

  • Jog in place 1 min

  • Jumping Jacks 1 min

  • Gallop 1 min

  • Skipping 1 min

Stretches: choose minimum of two

  • Figure 4

  • Butterfly

  • Quad stretch/ flamingo

  • Arm circles

  • Arm scissors

Strength Exercises : choose minimum two

  • 10 sit ups

  • 10 push ups (use knees if need to or hit ground)

  • 10 burpees

  • 30 second plank

 

Cardio Activity: do activity below or own activity
