Health Concerns / Medication - Please inform the health office of any chronic illness or health concerns your child may have, such as: asthma, epilepsy, kidney issues, attention difficulties, and so on. This allows us to optimally care for your child. Students that may require medication during the school day must have a doctor's order. This includes over the counter medications such as Tylenol. The medication must be provided by the parent in original container labeled with students name and prescription. Students are not permitted to transport medications. Medication orders must be renewed every school year.
