Hi All! I am Miss D.
I am very excited to be one of your teachers for the 2019-2020 school year. This is my fourth year here at South Harrison Elementary School. I have been the resource teacher for three years and this year I am ecstatic to step into a new role Co-teaching with Mrs. Brown in third grade. I am excited for all of the things that your students will teach me this year! We are going to have a lot of FUN this year and LEARN a lot!
I attended Towson University for my undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Health. After graduating, I worked as a one-on-one aide in the Pittsgrove School District where I soon realized that special education was my passion. I went back to school to receive my Graduate Degree in Special education and Elementary Education. Upon completion of my masters degree, I received a teaching career at South Harrison!
