Many teacher accounts are automatically created when the teacher is hired. There are, however, a few accounts that are manually created. See the attached document for a list of those accounts that are manually created.

SPICEWORKS TICKETS:
SpiceWorks is the online reporting and ticketing system. It is LPPS's method of reporting technology-related issues.
How the Process Works:
1. Teachers create and submit a ticket online in Spiceworks (via LPSB website > Staff)
2. Request is routed to School Level Technology Coordinator (Donna Scanlan)
3. Tech Coordinator verifies and approves the ticket
4. Tech Coordinator attempts to rectify the issue
5. Routes the ticket to the LAN Manager (Randy Moody) if unable to resolve the issue
6. LAN Manager will address the issue on his next site visit (or remotely if possible)
