My name is Ashley Bertrand, and I will be your child's third grade Reading and Social Studies teacher for the school year.

   I graduated from UL with a degree in Elementary Education in 2015. I started my teaching career at SMP as a 2nd & 4th grade resource teacher. I then taught 4th grade for a year at Breaux Bridge Elementary. I came back to SMP, and this will be my eighth year teaching at SMP
