This is my second year at  Freshwater Elementary School and I am excited to be a part of such a great community of people! I have been teaching 11 years. Most of my teaching years have been spent teaching Fourth Grade Math, Science, and Social Studies.

 

I am from Mississippi. I attended Mississippi College where I obtained a B.S. in Communication and a Master of Science in Public Relations. After a short time working in my field, I decided that I wanted to be a teacher. I recieved my teaching license and am so happy to be part of this wonderful profession. I love teaching!!!

 

I have been married for 13 years to Art. We have a five year old daughter, Addie and a Pekingese named Charlee.

 

Here are some fun facts about me:

1. I love to draw and paint!

2. I enjoy reading the Bible and taking lots of Bible studies.

3. I just learned how to crochet and can't wait to make some neat projects.

4. I love music!

5. I've been playing the piano since I was 9.
6. Chocolate, Icee's and Cold Coffee Drinks are my favorites!
