Welcome tiger families! My name is Whitney Cascio, and I am the 3rd and 4th Grade Inclusion Teacher. I am excited to work alongside students, families, and classroom teachers to help each child grow academically, socially, and confidently throughout the school year.
As an inclusion teacher, my goal is to provide students with the individualized support, accommodations, encouragement, and strategies they need to be successful within the general education classroom. I believe every student has unique strengths, and I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and celebrating their progress.
Collaboration is an important part of what I do. I work closely with general education teachers, support staff, students, and families to ensure that each student receives the support they need while continuing to participate meaningfully with their peers.
