Use these directions to access a video chat using Google Meet.  

 

1. To join the Google Meet, students should first click on the “waffle” after they first log into Google Classroom. The waffle is the picture that looks like 9 dots in 3 x 3 array (3 rows of 3 dots).

                                                                   

                                    

 

 

             2.  After clicking on the “waffle” find the icon for Google Classroom and click on it.  The Google Classroom icon is the one with the picture of a chalkboard with people on it.

 

                                    

 

 

                                    3. The set of Google Classes that each student has joined will be listed on the page.

                

 

                     

                                    

         4. Join the meet by clicking on the link in the banner at the top of the page (under the class code).
