Homework Policy:

 

Homework will be assigned almost daily and assignments are due the following day, unless told otherwise. Students are responsible for recording assignments in their agenda each day. Homework will be posted on the website, but is subject to change throughout the week and may not always reflect the most up to date changes. If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to see me in the morning when they return, to find out what work was missed. As a general rule, students will have one day, for each day they were absent, to make up any missed work. If a student attends an instrumental lesson, they are responsible for handing in any homework and collecting missed work. If homework isn't completed due to extenuating circumstances, please send a note so the issue can be discussed and resolved.

 

 

Class Expectations:

 

All students should put forth an effort to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to learn. If this becomes an issue, I will meet with the student to create a plan to resolve the issue. All students will work as a team to help foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for themselves and their peers.
