ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM MAP

My units are generally two weeks in length with exception to special event planning (examples: Special Olympics Basketball Tournament & APE Invitational Track Meet). The first week focuses on skills for that particular sport and the second week focuses on skill drills and modified games. This format gives me the opportunity to expose the students to many different sports and fitness activities throughout the year.
