Second Chance Learning (Test Retake) Policy

Please see retake policy sheet for specific details.
Students must complete the reflection sheet and strategies.
Students MUST conference with the teacher to reflect on their original test and discuss which study strategies they will complete to review for the retake.
ALL REVIEW WORK must be submitted as proof.
PARENTS MUST REVIEW AND SIGN the sheet, prior to the retake.
Students may redo 1 test per marking period. Redos do not rollover from one marking period to the next.
Students have 10 school days after the student is notified of the grade to retake the assessment. The last day for redos for the school year is June 1.
Students must have made a good-faith effort to complete the original assessment to be eligible for the retake.
Students grade will be the average of the two tests.
