        Welcome to the third grade!  We look forward to working with your child again.

 

Here is a list of supplies your child will need for September:

·         Zippered Pencil Case

·         1 Green 5 Subject Notebook

*              1 blue, red, yellow single subject notebook

·         (2) dozen #2 sharpened pencils

·         Erasers

·         Box of Crayons or colored pencil

·         (4) Glue sticks

·         Scissors

·         2 dry erase markers

·         2 black Sharpie markers

·         2 highlighters

·         3  Folders:

         YELLOW (Sunshine Folder)-homework/ notices (Left Side - LEAVE home & Right Side -Bring RIGHT back)

         RED-Content, 

         GREEN- -Reading/LA,

(A TRAPPER-KEEPER CAN NOT BE USED)

 

        Our classes will be participating in a community service project called “Cozies for Chemo,” a program which provides blankets for people receiving chemotherapy.  If you would like to contribute to this project you can make a monetary donation of any amount, please place it in an envelope marked “Cozies for Chemo”.  You can also donate a “No Sew Throw Kit,” which can be found on the websites for Joann Fabrics and Walmart.

 

Other supplies appreciated, but not required:

Sharpies, dry erase markers, zip lock bags, and colored index cards, soft tissues.
