Gen Tech Ed is an introductory course and a necessary elective in the Jump Start graduation pathway. In this class students will identify personal characteristics and goals, explore various careers with an emphasis on the trades, practice basic math and financial literacy, learn about job safety, learn how to make basic measurements, practice good communication and perform basic public speaking.
