Welcome back!

Thank you for purchasing the recommended school supplies from the supply list! Students are welcome to store their extra supplies in my classroom, or they can keep them at home and bring them in when needed (for example, carry two pencils in your pencil case/bookbag and keep the rest at home). If they keep their supplies in my classroom, they are allowed to access a drawer whenever needed (pencils, highlighters, etc.).

Students may store all of their belongings in their cubby section in the back of my classroom. They should feel free to use the area like a "locker," taking the materials they need with them to Mrs. Leftridge or Mr. Soldano's classroom.

They should only take home their materials when they are assigned homework (for example, their Math workbook or folder/notebook). They rarely need to take home their Science, Religion/History, or Bible, so those materials can stay in their cubby. They should bring their homework planner and personal reading book home and back to school every day.

Students need a folder and spiral notebook for each subject (Math, Science, ELA). They also need a folder for Latin and likely need one for Specials. For Mr. Soldano's class, he requires a separate binder, but he can provide one if needed. Some students have one large binder or trapper keeper with sections or folders inside, and other students have basic pocket folders for each subject - either one is fine.

Please reach out if you're unsure what they need to keep at school or bring home!
