For note reading practice:

 

• Go to www.musictheory.net
• Click on exercises
• Click on Note Identification
• In the top right corner click on customize your exercise
• Click on "Treble Range"  in the next screen you can move it to the top note we have learned and the bottom note we have learned.
• Click next to "Accidentals" to turn it off
