I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe summer! This year I will be at both Crim and Hillside schools, I am excited for a great year filled with communication and learning!
As a speech and language specialist my main goal is to improve functional communication skills, as well as articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency/stuttering, voice disorders, memory skills, social skills, and problem solving/reasoning skills. I also play a big role in developing social interactions with peers, going on community trips with the students, and helping them interact in different environments. As a member of the Child Study Team, I conduct speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals and objectives, and provide therapy.
