Welcome to Chemistry!  In this class, we will explore matter and the changes it undergoes.  Get ready to ask yourself why and how the things around you are taking place.  We will attempt to answer those questions throughout the year as we explore the different topics posed to us.  You will find the syllabus for this class below.

  • Materials Needed:
  • Composition Notebook (this will be your permanent lab record)
  • 3 ring binder and looseleaf OR a notebook with a folder for handouts
  • pens/pencils/highlighters
  • calculator (the one used in Algebra is perfect)
  • $10 lab fee (due Aug. 23rd)
  • Lab Safety contract (due Aug. 16th) Will be sent home the first week of school.
  • 1 roll of Paper Towels for the lab
