Remote Learning Expectations

Be on time to class, remain in class during the 57-minute block & leave when teacher says goodbye in Spanish.

Have your Microphone muted and camera on. (Find a safe and 0 distraction zone for your learning). When stretching or going to the restroom, turn off camera and let me know in the chat in case I call on you.

Your participation in class is essential to your success. You are expected to answer questions when called upon via Google Meet.

Use the GOOGLE MEET CHAT for participation. Answer questions when directed by the teacher and type any questions you might have during class.

When a link is shared to direct you to any platform like (padlet, google doc, kahoot, quizlet etc) you must do so when asked for participation.

Always check your GOOGLE CLASSROOM for announcements and assignments. Every item posted in google classroom will be graded unless it is listed as material.

It is IMPERACTIVE for you to be focus on the live lesson. You are expected to take notes and stay away from distractions. Keep your phone off during the block, do not have other Internet pages open unless instructed by the teacher.

If a student is called upon and does not respond, the student will receive a -10 on the current assignment. When called upon a second time after not responding, the NON-RESPONSIVE student will be marked as a CUT and receive a zero (0) for the assignment. The student will also receive disciplinary consequences.
