Abide by all rules described in the Rita L. Owens Steam Academy Hand Book

Be on Time; In your floor spot ready for warm-ups to start.
Be Prepared; In  your PE Uniform (sweatpants, gym shorts, t-shirt & sneakers) with all jewelry removed.

Be Respectful, To yourself, others and the equipment

 

To make our class time safe and productive, follow these basic procedures each day:
    1. Come on time and prepared for class
    2. Class Objective and Activities will be on the board. Read them and  begin first activity.
    

 

Grading Policy

 

A unit is worth 100 points

 

-60% participation

 

-40% skills

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Unprepared

 

When you are unprepared for class you will be given a written assignment to be completed in class in order to earn points for the day.
