GRADING POLICY
- Completing homework and classwork assignments is a student responsibility.
- Parents, you are encouraged to assist your scholar with their at-home practice exercises.
The students’ final grade for each cycle will be based on the following grading system:
- A – 100% - 90%
- B - 89% - 80%
- C - 79% - 70%
- D - 69% - 60%
- F - 59% and below
Individual writing & project rubrics will be used based on the assignment.
When calculating the final grade for each cycle, five categories will be taken into consideration:
Classwork (Independent Assignments), Tests/Quizzes , Essays/Projects.
- Classwork - 20% of the final grade
- Homework- 10% of the final grade
- Tests - 30% of the final grade
- Quizzes - 15% of the final grade
- Projects - 25% of the final grade
Scholars can check their grade by liging into Powerschool.
