Please bring Id always when entering the building.

 

If someone other than a parent or guardian is picking up your student please let me know in advance.  They must have identification and be on the list that you provided in the beginning of the year. If you know someone knew will be picking up your student please go to the main office and add them to the list prior to that day.

 

Please remember do get your student the flu vaccine.  They are required to be vaccinated upon return from winter break or they can not remain in the class.  

 

If your student is going to be absent report their absence to the P.S # 5 secretary at 201-553-4000.  Bring in a docotors note upon return and we will get it to the nurse to be entered into the computer.  

 

Please send your students sleep stuff in a bag with a zipper  a small blanket and small pillow works best.  Also if you have not sent in a change of clothes please do so asap.

 

Students do not need to bring in home toys unless previously discussed with the teacher.  We have pleanty of toys and would not want any of their precious belongings lost or broken througout the day.
