Kindergarten/1st Grades: Please see activities on left side of page. Have fun doing these exercises. If you have a sibling in the older grades, feel free to do the google classroom activities with them.
There is now a PE/Health google classroom set up grades 2-5. This is where you will be able to find all assignments and videos. The code is zlbktua.

FROG JUMPS - Hop, hop, back and forth like a frog.
BEAR WALK - Hands & feet on the floor, hips high, walk left and right.
STARFISH JUMPS - Jumping jacks as fast as you can, with arms & legs spread wide.
GORILLA SHUFFLE - Sink into a lowsumo squat, with hands on the floor, shuffle around the room.
CHEETAH RUN - Run in place as FAST as you can! Just like the fastest animal in the Sahara.
ELEPHANT STOMPS - March in place, lifting your knees as high as you can and stomping the ground as hard as you can!

Being Prepared
All students are expected to be prepared for every physical education class. Students must wear sneakers with socks that fit in order to participate in physical education class. Any student wearing a dress/skirt must have shorts underneath.
Students will be participating in a lot of different age appropriate games and activities during the school year.
