5. Try this bean bag balance activity from Pink Oatmeal. If you do not have bean bags you can do it with a lego, puzzle piece, or a small flat toy. Other ideas use unrolled socks, filled smaller zip lock bags with rice or small pasta (maybe tape the ends of these bags) and put the bag in a sock to make your own bean bag. Vary the height of where your child needs to lift his or her foot with different buckets.
