Mr. Marks holds degrees form Monmouth University's Undergraduate program of Criminal Justice, Masters programs of Criminal Justice Administration and Teacher of Secondary Education with a NJ Certificate in Social Sciences, as well as a two year certificte from Princeton University's National Consortium Of Teaching about Asia, Rutgers University's Master Teacher's Institute on Holocaust Education, and a Two year Post-Baccalareate of Holocaust and Predjudice Reduction from Kean University. Recipient of the Melvin Jone's Fellowship from the International Lions Club, and the Axelrod Family Award from the ADL. With these opportunities, Mr. Marks has traveled extensively through China, Japan, Poland, Chech Republic, Germany, Holland and this past Summer '24, an extensive seminar for 2 weeks in Poland with Yad Vashem, the Anti-Defamtion League and Echoes and Reflections to study Jewish life Pre, During and Post Holocasut.
