Geometry & Algebra I classes are one semester.

1st or 3rd quarter class grade             45%               Grade Scale:    90-100             A

2nd or 4th Quarter class grade            45%                                        80-89               B

Final exam                                10%                                                   70-79               C

            *Seniors may exempt the final exam if they have a 94% average for both quarters.

            *Juniors may exempt up to 2 exams.

 

 

For Geometry, Algebra I

   5% = Personal Responsibility (such as homework and class participation)

   55% = Summative Assessments: (tests and projects) 

   40% = Formative Assessments: (quizzes and classwork assignments such as worksheets)
