WOD- WORK-OUT OF THE DAY

 

  • 5 Sets of 10 Air Squats
  • 5 Sets of 10 Push-Ups or 1 minute Planks
  • 5 Sets of 10 Box Jumps
  • 400 meter sprint to end the workout..

Time Your Work-Out/ Push Yourself- its your own personal goal.

 


DIRECTIONS- Begin with some dynamic and static streches to warm up.  Start with 1 Set of Air Squats, 1 Set of 10 Push-Ups or 1 Minute Plank, 1 Set of 10 Box Jumps.  Complete each exercise in a contimuous circuit until all 5 sets of each exercise is finished/ end the circuit with a 400 meter sprint or run.  Check your time at the end.
