Welcome to 8th Grade ELA!
In our reading and writing classes, we will be exploring a variety of genres including short stories, non-fiction, persuasive texts, drama, poetry, and mythology. You will also be preparing for the NJSLA, and acquiring the skills you need to be successful in high school and your future endeavors. If at any point you have questions or need extra help, please contact me! My goal is for each student to be as successful as possible; do not wait until the last minute to seek assistance.
