Homework & Class Activities

 

The goal is to implement a developmentally appropriate homework routine, where the purpose of the homework is to reinforce (practice) academic skills/concepts that we are currently learning in class. 

 

Our class needs to also abide by certain guidelines/requirements set by our WNY School District administration pertaining to homework.  

 

It is very important for all class parents to join our class' "Back to School Night."  In this first and only whole class meeting, details about class homework, grades, and other pertinent matters concerning your child's Grade 1 education will be discussed. 

 

Homeworks and other class activities for the week are posted in our class'   Google Classroom -  "Grade 1 Room 214."  This is accessible through each student's school assigned chromebook.
