SUPPLY LIST

 

All fifth grade students must bring the following supplies with them to class each day!

____3 – (2 pocket) folders (one blue, one green,and one of any design)

____1 – marble composition notebook (100 pages is sufficient)

____4 – glue sticks

____1 – highlighter (any color)

____2 – pencils with erasers

____1 – small soft zipper case for pencils, pens, etc.

____1 – package of white 3 x 5 ruled index cards

____2 – One subject spiral notebook

____1- Three subject spiral notebook (with pockets)

____1 – plastic storage crate (approximately 15in x 14in) 

____1 – box of tissues

____3 – post-it pads (3x3)

____ 1 pair of ear buds or headphones

____1 scissors

____1 package of colored pencils (12/24)

____1 box 24 crayons
