I am from Arlington, TX originally, however my step-father is in the military so I spent a majority of my childhood traveling. I am the oldest child of my parents three children, so being an example is something not foreign to me. I married my wonderful husband in December of 2019. We have two children amazing daughter attending Grambling State University, and the baby of the bunch, my sweet and loving son born in December of 2025.
I graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 2006 and then attended Northlake College on a scholarship. In 2007 I transferred to The GREAT University of Louisiana at Monroe where I received my B.S. in Elementary Education. While attending ULM I joined several organizations, SGA, Maroon Platoon, Phi Beta Lambda Business Organization, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and many more. I can honestly say I BLEED MAROON AND GOLD!!! I received my Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University during the summer of 2021. I became a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society in my final semester.
I am very passionate about teaching. This is my 16th year in education. I love children and am so elated to have the opportunity to make a difference in each child's life.
