Room 110 Monthly Preview
There are many exciting things that will happen in our classroom this year. Here is a tentative month to month preview of our plans.

 

 

 September 

Welcome to Pre-K! We are so excited to start this school year. The class will have fun exploring our learning centers and making new friends this month. We will also learn about our families.

  

October

We will have lots of fun carving and decorating pumpkins this month! We will also learn about community helpers. 

 

 

November

We will be learning about the grocery store! We will also be learning about Thanksgiving. 

 

December

We will be learning about the different winter holidays as well as shopping in a department store. We wish you HAPPY HOLIDAYS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

                      

January

We will be learning about pizzeria and Martin Luther King Jr. We will be making peace projects with our families too :)

 

February

We will be learning about Valentine's Day, President's Day, and doctor office. We will have lots of fun making and decorating hearts. 

 

March

There is so much to learn in March. We will learn about popular children's authors and the first day of Spring. We will celebrate Read Across America as well. 

 

April

Spring has Sprung! We will decorate flowers, butterflies, kites, and rainbows. We hope you had an Awesome Spring Break.

 

May

We will learn Mother's Day songs and learn about Kindergarten.  We will have fun on field day!

 

June

We will continue learning about Kindergarten. We will learn new songs for the end of the year celebration. We hope you have a nice Father's day and an amazing Summer!
