D.A.R.E.
All fifth grade students will be participating in the DARE program this year. DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. They will meet with Deputy Hannah from the Paulding County Sheriff's Office once a week beginning in February. Students complete lessons out of their DARE planner at every meeting. At the end of the program, they will complete a DARE project summarizing what they learned from the DARE program. They must complete this project in order to graduate from the program. Students who complete the DARE program will graduate at the DARE graduation.
